Construction Quality Control Manager

C.Q.C. Position Description
The Construction Quality Control System Manager will ensure contract quality control for workmanship and materials, including safety and environmental protection compliance.
o As the CQC systems manager you shall be responsible to maintain onsite shop drawings, progress schedules, changes to contract drawings, test results, and other project documentation.
o Shall have the authority to act in all CQC matters for Contractor.
Experience/Skills Required
o A minimum of 5 years construction experience
o Experience with C.O.E., VA Hospitals
o Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management course of study.
o Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
o Must be a strong leader with exceptional communication skills and a role model for standard operating practices.
o Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
