AGC/SIF Freezes Rates for 2010 and Approves Dividends
The AGC/SIF Board of Trustees voted to maintain the 2009 workers' compensation manual
rates for 2010. NO RATE CHANGE!!
The Board of Trustees also approved the release of $8,673,800 in dividends to be paid in March 2010. This dividend payment marks
the 16th consecutive year that the Kentucky AGC/SIF has returned premium dollars to its memebrs. After the March dividends, the total dividends returned
to Fund members since 1994 will be over $87.8 Million!!
The fund is also offering effective January 1, 2010, Out-of-State/Cross border
coverage. This is great news for those of you who have been unable to participate in the fund because of out-of-state work. Please contact the fund office at (502)

If you don't get your workers' compensation coverage through the AGC/SIF, maybe you should.
Tell your insurance agent that you want a quote from the AGC/SIF for your workers' compensation insurance. Make you tell them you are a memebr of the Builders
Exchange of Kentucky.

Membership in YOUR Builders Exchange has reached 1000 firms last week.
We believe this is a great milestone worth marking and we certainly wanted you to be aware of it. We should all be very proud of reaching this significant number and we at the Exchange are very happy
to be able to provide services to this large number of firms.
Some of you have been members of the Exchange for the entire 82 years of our existence and some of you have been members for just a few weeks.
Regardless of your tenure, we are pleased and proud to have you as a member of the largest and finest construction trade association in Kentucky.
