Fees

Standard Membership Dues: Standard membership dues are $950.00 per year. This fee includes access to construction reports on the online planroom, group insurance programs for qualifying members, affiliate programs and member rates for training and education programs, blueprint orders, etc.

It does not include access to online plans, specs and addenda on the Online Planroom.

Construction reports consist of projects out for bid, projects in the planning stage, the ability to search for projects by specification index keywords, bidders lists, and post-bid updates.

NOTE: Membership at BXKY is a company membership and as such all W2 employees of the member company enjoy full use of the services. Subcontractors, affiliated companies, joint partnerships, etc. are not considered part of the member company and are not afforded membership rights. 

Upgraded Membership Dues: Upgrade your membership for access to project documents including online specs, drawings and addenda, the ability to search for keywords on every page of every spec & addenda, and use our online takeoff tool for an additional $745.00 per year, for a total of $1,695.

• There is a quarterly payment option for the upgrade at a cost of four quarterly payments of $240, or $960 annually.  Your first payment will include your Standard Dues ($950) + your first Quarterly Payment ($240) for a total of $1,090. You will be invoiced for the additional (3) payments of $240 every quarter.
  • The full annual total under the quarterly option is $1,910.
